Tamnavulin Double Cask Scotch Whisky is a modern single malt expression aged in American oak barrels for a sweet, mellow taste, then polished in sherry and red wine casks sourced from across Europe to add an elegant fruity note and slight nutty tone that leads to a medium finish that is buttery smooth.

Tucked away on the edge of the River Livet, the name Tamnavulin is Gaelic for “mill on the hill”. Always double distilled and always double cask matured ensures each and every one of our whiskies is rich, smooth and mellow. We’re inspired by our location in the heart of whisky country, crafting our signature Speyside malt to enjoy and share Matured in American oak barrels for a sweet, mellow taste with a rich, smooth sherry finish.

Nose: Rich, warm aromas of apple, toffee and honey with sweet marzipan and subtle tangy marmalade notes.

Palate: Fresh, mellow with pear creamy peaches and pineapple and a hint of Demerara sugar.

Finish: Rich, smooth and refreshing. A signature Speyside malt.
